      I purchased an arctic air, personal air conditioner for $100 from the company and was not satisfied. I was told I needed to make a return before they would issue me my refund Reluctantly, I returned the personal air conditioner and never received a refund I tried calling the company multiple times, and no one would answer Sometime had gone by and I forgot all about it Recently, about a month ago, I called back and spoke with an agent named ****** She informed me that she did see I returned it, and that I was never issued a refund and would have to go through a special process to refund my money since I no longer have that bank account which I used to purchase it I called back today and talked to a woman named ****** and was told there is no evidence. I returned it, and I was not receiving a refund.I was on the phone with her for over a half an hour asking if I could please talk to a manager or at least have the name of a manager and she denied me both and eventually hung up on me She told me she would note the account that I wanted to speak to a manager, but could not promise me one would call back I never raise my voice. It was very civil with her and asked her to please not hang up on me, and she still did So now I no longer have the device and I no longer have my hundred dollars

      One of the worst ever experience, I paid $600 for a repair that broke with in hrs. I called back again he got an estimate for **** and when I hired some one else paid them more money for the same problem they sent a guy to vandalize the unit and now its a police case.

      Called Arctic Air to resolve an issue with my A/C system at 3:00pm. Technician charged $150.00 for diagnostic, which I understood was going to take care of the clogged drain. The technician was there 10 minutes unclogged drain and charged $300 dollars for the service, $150 for diagnostic and $150 to blow air for 30 seconds down a drain. This company takes advantage of the circumstances in which we live in. Our ******* are extremely hot with temperatures reaching 115 several times during the summer and an average of 109. When I called to confirm the price they stated this was a national average pricing for the work they performed. I spoke to ***** who I was told is the supervisor. This behavior sounds like price gouging to me and needs to be monitored. I purchased my current system form this company 2 years ago and I also purchased ************ Membership with them which includes 2 services per year and other added benefits.
