On the day of the appointment, Dr. **** Did not review the updated x-ray, she stated she could not find the newer x-ray.This did not make any sense, since I have email confirmation that I sent an email the day before the appointment which contained the updated x-rays. At that point I made it a point to ask the doctor if I can resend the updated **ray to see if she can detect any abnormalities or signs of arthritis and she agreed to review it. She ultimately did not fulfill this promise. I also received 2 emails from *****, an ****** representative confirming that the x-rays would be forwarded to dr. **** so that she can review them.ON Monday January 29th 5:25 p.m.I sent an emai of the most recent xrayl to the doctor's ****** the day before the appointment.The next email I sent was on February 1st 2024 at 10:54 a.m.This email was sent To get an update on when the doctor can review the latest x-ray, as promised since the doctor claimed that she could not find the updated x-ray during our visit. The email basically said, If she could detect arthritis or anything unusual on the **ray.Never got a response from the doctor the ****** confirming when the **ray would be reviewed so I sent an email and I got this response from the front ****** see email below FIRST EMAIL FROM THE ***** OFFICE AGREEING THAT DOCTOR WILL VIEW THE * RAY.ElCerritoVeterinaryCare Reception <*******************************************>Tue, Feb 6, 8:45AM to me Good morning,Once we have the **rays, we can leave them for the doctor to check out once she returns.If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to let us know.Thank you.**************2ND EMAIL FROM OFFICE Confirming that the doctor will check out the x-rays. Tue, Feb 6, 2024 at 8:47 AM To: *************** <******************>Good Morning again, Did a little more digging, looks like we do have a few **rays on Munchi. We'll leave them for the doctor to check out.**************
