              I purchased a wig from Max **** through Amazon 1/14/2023. When I tried it on the mesh on the back area of the wig was visible despite how I combed it. My sister was visiting and she pointed this out to me. I emailed the company initially to notify them them of the issue. You will see in the emails how they try to misconstrue my reason and words regarding the defect issue. ******** redirects me to Amazon to resolve and Amazon states is is ultimately up to ******** to refund the restocking fee of $40 since they determined it Was Not defective.I have no way to prove it was defective and they have no way to prove it Wasnt defective.I think they made their decision even prior to the inspection of the wig.

              Maximize is a terrible company to order wigs. I purchased 3 wigs and the product I received was not what I ordered. They show you beautiful pictures but send you trashy wigs. I contacted them and they said the product is what I ordered. First of all they sent me 2 of the same wigs which they look like something you wear for Halloween. I even sent them pictures. Don't waste your time or money.
