I placed an online order on May 24, 2022. Prior to placing the order, I researched the location of the business to help determine the approximate shipping arrival time and since the business is located in california and I'm in california, I picked them to place my order with. A couple of days passed by with no updates, so I decided to give them a call. I specifically asked them when will my order will be shipped and the lady named "****" said that it can take up to 14 days for me to receive it because I selected **** Priority mail. She also mentioned that they are no longer in ********** but are now located in ******, which still does make since especially if I asked when will my order will be "shipped", not expected arrival. I also asked "****" if the product is coming from a third party which will explains why their "processing" takes so long and actually would have made sense, she stated no and it depends on their "warehouse". Obviously "****" didn't want to listen to my question and was basically saying anything. On top of that she was very nasty. So I requested to cancel the order and she then stated that she can send an email to the warehouse to see if they could ship out my order today. If that was the case they should have processed the order within the 48 hours after I placed the order. I told her no I want to cancel my order and would like to receive a confirmation via email. I haven't received any cancelation confirmation email or my money back.
