            I am an international student, and after completing the majority of my training towards a certification at this school, I was told to leave and go finish somewhere else out of the bloom without any reason and also with rudeness from the instructors and staff there, and when I went to another place, it still continued. And if a student does not finish his or her training, the student will have to repeat some things that he or she did at Universal Air Academy, which is unfair and costs a lot of money. Also, an instructor named ****** does not want to give students a copy of their records when the student is leaving, and he will more than shout and bark after the student when the student asks for records to be transferred to the other school to show what was completed so far. I heard from a Chinese student that they print fake pilot licenses and mail them in to students after their checkride to get certified. Also, they don't give receipts after every training session where a student is billed.

            This is the type of scam school that preys on foreign and domestic students alike. The fact that this place has been allowed to continue to steal money from people for as long as it has is exactly what makes the aviation training environment so off-putting to so many people. Please do close down this band of criminals and send them to jail. This is outright theft.
