      Aug 9, 2022 I bought a carburetor from ********** Center in El Monte CA via their online store. The following week I received from them a *********** *********** I had purchased a ****** *********** I notified them and I had to send photos to prove what they sent me. They said it was weird and sent me a ship label to return so they could send the correct carb. They said they would send right away but didnt. When my return got there then they sent a replacement. When I received the *** carb it was indeed a ****** ***** but it was for a different year truck and did not fit my truck. I once again contacted them and told them the issue and had decided I want a refund since they obviously couldn't send the carburetor I ordered for my truck. after 3 weeks time from initial order and receiving 2 incorrect *********** I was not happy. They told me they couldn't send a shipping label to return the second incorrect carb as their system doesnt allow to give a full refund if they sent a return label. If they sent a return label I would have to accept a *** restock fee. Since I wanted a full refund I had to pay to return the carb if I wanted a FULL refund. Why do I have to pay to return the ********** when they didn't send me the carb I had ordered? not once but twice! I have asked ********** Center to refund ****** postage to send it back. I did not ask for the ***** for insurance in case USPS lost the package. They told me I made a 'DEAL' to pay to return it! Not true. I paid to insure I got the FULL cost originally spent on the ********** knowing once they received the returned carb I would then ask for a refund. They seem to be very unscrupulous in their business practices. It was no fault of mine they sent the incorrect carb twice! They sent a return label to me to send back the 1st carb that was incorrect! but cant a second time? I would simply like ****** postage refunded to me that I paid to send the incorrect carb back. I have received ******* initially spent
