I spoke with ****, my service drive manager, and he explained the current situation regarding your vehicle. The service department inspected your vehicle and confirmed the notes provided by you from *******************; your vehicle is in need of a turbo charger replacement. **** went ahead and contacted your extended warranty company, Power Protect, and was told the turbo charger was a replacement part covered under your contract assuming it meets all criteria. In order to get the turbo charger replaced we need to provide Power Protect with a few items. First, we need all copies of all the oil changes/maintenance services performed in the past year since you've owed the vehicle. Secondly, we need your approval to move forward with an engine tear down in which the intake manifold will be removed as well as the engine oil pan in order to give Power Protect a better look at the inside of the vehicle and determine if there has been any maintenance negligence. There is a chance Power Protect may not cover the replacement of the turbocharger due to maintenance negligence, a $1,600 engine tear down must be approved by you first (this ensure we are able to pay our technicians for the removal and installation of the intake manifold and oil pan). Lastly Power Protect does not cover consequential damage, meaning if there are more items that need replacement due to the turbocharger being bad, those repairs will have to be paid for by you.
You purchased the car about a year ago, and you have put about ***** miles on it, which requires about 4 or 5 oil changes.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of any further assistance.

I purchased a 2021 Honda accord sport from this dealership. On May 14 2022 we brought the car in for a clicking sound the car is making when you are on reverse and you are turning the wheel, it's July 7 2023 and they are still giving us the run around and cant seem to get our car fixed we have brought it in more than 5 times. Today July 7,2023 we spoke to ********************* service manager and he didn't want to have a technician drive with us so he can hear the noise we were told that they had to many appointments. They are giving us the runaround all we want is for our car to get fixed.

On 22 June, I contacted Car Pros Honda of El Monte asking for a price quote. I told them that I need an Out Of the Door price since I have my own financing and I wanted to trade in my **** *** ** *** **** responded to me and quoted me the price via text message to be ****** OTD. He asked me to come in and bring the *** for appraisal. *** has given me a cash price to be honored by Honda of El Monte ( same dealer ) for ****** I did come to the dealership , I told *** that I will only finalize the deal if they pay off my existing *** loan of *** **** because the trade in value is between XXXXX - XX,000.. *** checked with his manager **************** who agreed on the condition that I put a deposit of **** for ******* . They told me they expect it to arrive no later than the 4th of July weekend. They told me to go ahead and request a cashier's check from my lender and when the**** arrives they will call me and finalize the deal. The car arrived on 16 July, they called me to come and pick up the car. I went there to drop off my *** & pick up the****. When I got there, Mr. ********** ( the same manager who approved my deal ) told me the deal is off because my *** has depreciated by **** which is not true. KBB has estimated my car value on 17 JUL as exact value on 22 JUN when we made the deal. Car Pros Honda wanted to rip me off, just like all those people who reported them on social media platforms. By doing this to me , they cost me a lot of emotional & financial damage : Got stuck with new car loan that I need to cancel Parked by *** for almost 1 month so not to put anymore mileage on it to abide by the deal at a cost of a monthly car payment of ****** Spent over ***** is gas for multiple trips to the dealership Cancelled by *** car insurance and replaced by**** thinking that we had a done deal.

I inquired about a vehicle online. Once I was provided a written quote I began the online purchasing process. I was then contacted and told I needed to come down a (ay a deposit for the vehicle to hold it as it was still in transit. Once I was there they tried to get me to sign new paperwork reflecting a much higher price. I was informed that they were adding a dealer mark up of almost ********. When I asked why I wasn't informed of this before the manager explained that they don't disclose this until you are in their showroom. I'm then showed them my written quote and I was informed that they would not honor it.

They offer you a reasonable price on the phone to trick you into their store and break their promise. I talked to ****** at 6:30 pm about an**********, he promised me ****** for the final OTD Price which I confirm with him several times since I got a ************ with this price, which got delayed in transition. Hey said he will match this price and let me get to their store right now. Therefore, I went there at 7:30 pm, turns out they wanted to charge me******* for the selling price, the total will be ******* I pointed out this is even more expensive than their online Sports model price, and I can not accept this price. Then the manager started to be rude to me. He left only 2 mins and said he checked our phone record, and we said the selling price is****** on the phone! Only 2mins to check 10 mins phone records? ************************** I asked him to let me check the record, he said no because of privacy!!! That is my phone record!!!! Finally, I asked them for a single ride of Uber money for a settlement since my friend drove me here and left because they said I can get this car with****** tonight on their parking lot! They refused.
