            I bought a car outright for my daughter on July 9th and nearly 3 months later, we have not received the registration, pink slip or plates. I called them in mid August and they said they were shipped. We never received them. I called them last Monday and they said they just shipped everything and it will arrive by Friday at the latest. Nothing arrived. I called them yesterday and they said they will call me today with the tracking number. I called them back at 6pm and they said they don't know the tracking number. When I complained, they told me to stop bothering them and hung up. I called back, they told me that it was my problem and there is nothing they can do for me and hung up. I tried to call back and they just kept hanging up. I can only assume that they sold me a car that they didn't own and can't get the paperwork to send to me and just stringing me on and hope I go away.So now I have a car with no registration or title and on the previous owners plates. I am hoping that you can resolve this for me and make them straighten this out. I have no problem with the car, I just don't know if I legally own it.

            Ill give a 0 star rating because the cars there are trash I bought a 2016 *** 750i since the first day, the car started to give us problems its been more then a month its about to be 2 months and the car still the same Im paying $800 dollar a months plus insurance for a car that I cant use I mean the car its nice and everything but trash and I keep calling them they always give me excuses I took the car like 10 times already to get it fixed and the car still the same they dont wanna pay to get it fixed because they know how expensive it is to get it fixed or anything they want us to pay out of pocket which is really stupid at this point we just want our money back and they can take theyre car back, I can write more but at this point it just a wait of time.
