I bought a car outright for my daughter on July 9th and nearly 3 months later, we have not received the registration, pink slip or plates. I called them in mid August and they said they were shipped. We never received them. I called them last Monday and they said they just shipped everything and it will arrive by Friday at the latest. Nothing arrived. I called them yesterday and they said they will call me today with the tracking number. I called them back at 6pm and they said they don't know the tracking number. When I complained, they told me to stop bothering them and hung up. I called back, they told me that it was my problem and there is nothing they can do for me and hung up. I tried to call back and they just kept hanging up. I can only assume that they sold me a car that they didn't own and can't get the paperwork to send to me and just stringing me on and hope I go away.So now I have a car with no registration or title and on the previous owners plates. I am hoping that you can resolve this for me and make them straighten this out. I have no problem with the car, I just don't know if I legally own it.
