In September 2023 I solicited ***************************** of Certified Carpet Cleaning, who I had used his services before, to deep clean an area rug. I had previously used ******* and Certified Carpet Cleaning to spot clean my $2500 Wool Fiber Rug in my own house in 12/2022. He offered a full "deep cleaning" service in which he would take the rug away to use on a washboard. On October 3rd, he arrived to take away my rug for $575 and he said it would take about two week. After a few weeks and no response, I reached out and call numerous times (See text history below in attached). while most of the time unresponsive, eventually, I did get ******* on the line to set a date to return the rug. Each came and went. The most recent promise was to return the rug on 12/01/2023, but they did not. My final interaction with ***************************** or anyone from Certified Carpet Cleaning was on 12/04/2023 when, under threat of legal action, said they would return my property on 12/06/2023. They did not and will no longer return any calls, texts, or emails and have yet to return my property.
