On 11/16/2023 I purchased a custom Zoozie Holder from website www.mtosteelstoreal.co for a total of $63.16. When the item arrived I quickly realized that the item was too narrow and sure enough no koozies fit in the item they sent me. The item looked nothing like the item pictured on their website. The item I received was too small and made of flimsy material. I have reported the issue to PayPal (which takes time) and to the vendor via email and they have offered to give me a partial refund of 5 percent! I have asked for the return address and they will not provide it. They insist on a partial refund which isnt right. This item has no value and not what I ordered.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 11/18 for a customized koozie storage holder. It shipped 11/19 but when I tracked the shipping it was going in and out of a place called Jamaica, ** 19 times (see supporting document). After I questioned the company, the shipping place updated to Queens, **. I have done some research and it sounds like this is a fraudulent company. I don't know if anyone has reported them to you yet or not. They have targeted ads on Instagram, which is how I found them. I reported them to Instagram as well so hopefully no one else falls victim to this scam.Initial Complaint

On October 14, I placed an order online at **************************** for the custom koozie storage holder for a total of $55.83. My order (MSR3969) finally showed up almost a month later. Too much disappointment, we quickly realized that the product was too small and koozies dont fit as they advertised. I reached out to the company on November 15 including pictures of how the product was faulty and doesnt hold standard size koozies as they advertise. They responded saying they need more pictures, order confirmation, etc. I provided all the necessary documents. I was then told they would give me a 5% refund. I responded that wasnt acceptable and would like a full refund and would gladly send the product back. I was then told Dear buyer, this size is like this, in fact, it does not affect the use of, we will return 5% refund for you, OK? which is not ok to me! I paid for a product as advertised and didnt receive that. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company and am now filing the complaint with you. I continue to see ads for this product on social media and other comments of them too receiving a faulty product. Im trying to stop them so others dont keep falling for their scam.
