      I bought a car January 2023, *********************** in finance held the contract and called me weeks later asking me to come back because he had a "better price for me." What he didn't tell me was he got me a better price by removing GAP. However, he left on the more expensive and less necessary vehicle warranty. Now my car was totaled and Im stuck with a debt. I tried calling and emailing ***** for over a week, no response. I even left messages with him with his coworkers. The only reason I finally got him on the phone was because I told the receptionist if he wasn't available I wanted to speak with someone above him. ***** finally answers the phone, claims he doesn't remember and just says I signed the contract.I expected better ethics and transparency at Longo Toyota.

      Horrible ***************** for an on going issue for my air conditioning in my 2020 sequoia. To be told by the service manager that it sounds normal. my dash is shaking loud humming and knocking sounds, But ******************* said thats normal and he cant hear anything. None of my other Toyotas have that problem.its certified pre owned. 5 days over the warranty. For an on going problem that ******************* the service manager ( because they are all managers) diagnosed the problem. its normal before even seeing a mechanic. Now just to look at it. Its $180 for them to tell me theres nothing wrong for the second time. This vehicle is for a disabled veteran with breathing issues. Left a message with ************************* service director have yet to hear from him. Have purchased many vehicles through Longo. Only got serviced through Longo. This place has gone down hill. I will not be buying anymore vehicles through Longo Toyota or servicing my Toyota or Lexus through them anymore I will be letting everyone know how horrible of a place they have become.

      We would like to extend our apology to ****************** for any frustration and disappointment they may have experienced when conducting business with our dealership.  **************** repairs are often unexpected and inconvenient, we can certainly sympathize and understand their discontentment.
      August 30, 2023, repair order # ******* guest brings in vehicle and states: A/C is making a loud humming noise and is intermittently. Concern was not happening at the time of service, but was inspected,technician was unable to duplicate concern and it was documented.   
      7 months later on February 21, 2024, repair order #******* guest is having a concern with noise when operating the A/C, test drove with our shop ******* and was able to duplicate.  Repair was made on February 28, 2024, repair order # ******* at no cost to consumer.

      WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY LONGO! January 11th my boyfriend brought in his truck to get the "promo" $10 oil change and Longo messed up his truck. It all started when we dropped off the car the service advisor told us that trucks and SUVs oil change are more than $10, but the coupon did not state that so they had to honor the $10 for us. False advertising already! Then when we received his truck back we noticed the 4x4 light was flashing. When we took the truck in, everything was perfectly fine. The paperworks when he received the truck back didn't mention anything was wrong. We just noticed the light on the dashboard, so we turned back to question what happened. They kept the truck and gave him a call the next day saying there might be water damage in the front differential actuator. People usually purchase Toyotas for reliabilities but I guess not. He escalates this to a manager and he tells him this will cost $1,200. We brought in the truck with no issues but for a $10 lure customers in oil change and leaves with a major problem. Now the car won't even allow him to use cruise control. There is no way we are paying $1,200 to a dealership to fix something they have already screwed us over with. I wouldn't doubt the techs or valet people were messing with the truck and messed something up. $10 for an oil change is way too cheap in this economy today, so to screw something up for us to pay $1200 to make their money back sounds like a typical thing a scumbag dealership would do. This was a 2017 Tacoma with 40k miles on. So have something like an actuator fail because it rained in California for once is some crap. DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT go to this Toyota for the promo oil changes or anything. They use that $10 deal to lure you in and break your shit.
