4/25 I saw a post selling fruit trees and i texted a lady at ************ ask if a mango tree called Pram Kai Mea and seller agreed to sell for $125 included over night shipping. I paid seller through Zelle at ************ and their business name is called Kt and Sons Nursery. 4/30 I received the a tree trck# 1Z4170E00194763180 shipped from *************************** ********************************* 387-890-9833 The problem is that the label on the tree clearly has a different variety called 'Nam Doc Mai" I contacted the seller and she said it was an error on her end and stop reply to me.5/7 I contacted her multiple times and also called her which she never pickup. After 3 days I run out of patient and asked for a refund. She finally replied and told me to pay for the shipping fees, then she will ship me the correct variety. I did not agree to it. Why do i have to pay extra if it's their error. Once again she stop reply, I keep calling, one time she picked up and hung up right away. 5/11 I texted and told her that I'll report her. She said her son picked up the call by accident. she texted to clarify that they put the wrong tag on the tree, it should the the right one. I don't believe her and requested to swap. 5/13 i called a new times. i texted and said if she doesn't get back to me, this time I'll report her for real. She said her phone has issue and she can't talk. she's also very upset that i told her I'll report her. She still has not agree to swap the correct tree for me. At this point, I don't want to deal with her anymore. I do keep all the text messagesBusiness response

My name is Tu Vu, owner of the KT and Sons nursery. I apologize for the mishandling of my sale member. I am unaware of the case until I received this letter. I will refund the total of the order $125 to you and you do not have to ship the *** tree back to us. Would you please provide me the zelle information so I can zelle the money back to you. Again sorry for the inconvenience. Regards,
