I am the Chief Water Operator for the City of Colt Arkansas. On May 23 2024 order and paid for a meter and meter tube plus shipping. Sales order states ship by date of July 18 2024. Have had no notice that product has shipped. Have sent several emails and left phone messages with no response. Got one response on August 2 ******************************************************************************************** no response since then.Business response

We are sorry that the ordr, our SO ***** is delayed in shipment. The delay is due to componenet avaialbilty for manufacture one of the items on this order. We have informed the customer of a new ship date (8/21) and will communicate directly with them until the order ships.Customer response

Hello, We made a purchase from Sparling Instruments and paid with a credit card. We had to request a return, and got an **** RGA #******. We returned the material and Sparling has received it, but will not refund our money. I have emailed them about 8 times, and they keep saying someone will contact me, but no one does. I have attached the invoice, the 2 payment receipts, the **** and the proof of delivery for the return. All we want is our money back. Thank you.
