      This company lies and does not care apparently about customer service until you elevate the situation. My mother called about canceling because the cost to high. They strung here along and even promised to lower the bill my 25 a month which would have made it $121 a month. But guess what it was only lowered for one month and now it's back to the high amount. Word of advice to everyone don't fight with this company because they will but to be fair here's how to deal with them. Call customer service of your concerns take notes and names of who talk too and get supervisors name. Then take that information and file your complaint with the ** of your state. They should have **** for consumer complaints where you can either call, email, file online or submit a actual letter and you will see Directv will bend over backwards to get it solved.

      I been with DIRECTV for over 20 years. I had a problem with a representative and I gave her A bad review and every since Ive been having problems first my service was cut off on a holiday. They said I requested to be cut off. After paying my **** in full But when they turn my service back on the next day, never did they say I was under contract.my next **** was for ****** I called to complain about the ****, but by me being under contract, not knowing it I couldnt get no consideration he said nothing they can do about the **** even though I never missed no payment and I gets a ****** **** So I decide to cancel my account then they tell me my account is under contract and I owe them another $400 No one came to my house to hook up nothing but I am under contract

      I had no idea what so ever I was entering a two year contract. I had to click a link to read terms of service and that was vague. Said maybe. I few so angry. I hate watching TV now.

      I am writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction with the service I have recently received from **** Directv. The issues I have encountered are numerous and have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.Firstly, I scheduled a service appointment on Monday 8/12/24 for Wed 8/14/24, expecting a technician to arrive and resolve the issue with my satellite dish. When a technician arrive on 8/14/24, he came unprepared, lacking even the basic equipment necessary to complete the job. Specifically, the technician did not bring a ladder. This lack of preparedness left the issue unresolved. The rescheduled technician for 8/15/24 failed to show up, and I received no communication or explanation for this missed appointment. The appointment was originally set between the hours of 12pm-4pm, upon calling at 4:30pm for a status, I was told he was running late and that he will be here between 6pm and 7pm. At 7pm I received a call from customer service attempting to reschedule me for next Tuesday 8/20/24. After explaining my situation and requesting to speak with a supervisor, the customer service representative abruptly hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable and not the level of service I expect from a ******* of **** DirecTV's stature. This disregard for my time and lack of effective communication has led me to question my decision to continue using **** DIRECTV services.I request immediate action to resolve these issues, including a prompt and professional service appointment to correct the problem with my satellite dish. Additionally, I expect a formal apology for the poor customer service and time and inconvenience caused by these repeated failures.Please contact me at your earliest convenience to confirm when a qualified technician will be available to complete the necessary work. I trust that **** DIRECTV will take this matter seriously and ensure that similar issues do not occur in the future.

      I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues with missed appointments and rescheduling without notice. It has now been a full week, during which I have experienced five missed appointments, all of which were canceled and rescheduled without any prior notification.My most recent appointment was scheduled for today, August 20 2024, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. However, when I called to verify the appointment, I was informed by your customer service team that the time had been changed to Noon to 4:00 PM, once again without any notice to me.This level of service is unacceptable. I request that you address this issue immediately and ensure that my appointment is honored as scheduled, with proper communication going forward.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

      I found that my DVR was not working. They told my unit was no longer available and they would send a new one. Great! Not so much because I have to sign a new 24 month to receive this replacement. What a scam to get long standing customers to resign. Looking for another tv provider.

      I went to cancel my service, DirectTV asked if I was moving within the *** so they would transfer my service. They were aggressive on the fact that they wanted me to continue my service. It was August 5th, and they had just charged my credit card on August 4th. They said my bill was paid through August 31st. I asked to speak with a Supervisor, there was a 'language barrier'. I was never denied verbally, but never got to speak with anyone. I kept asking about the refund, as they invoice in advance. In the boxes, when I went to return the equipment, was a piece of paper. It stated that the boxes could be returned and a 14 day credit would be given. They do not have my forwarding address to 1) refund my credit card, or 2) mail me a refund check. The on-line account I had for service showed active equipment, but I have confirmation of the equipment being returned on August 9th. There was a monopoly on the internet carrier so I had two choices for cable. I returned my modem for my internet, they took my forwarding address and stated a refund check would be issued. All other companies I disconnected service with - no issues. I guess DirecTV took their 'customer service' over seas to save money. I have been only reporting on good service for the last few years. I had to select at least one star to proceed, otherwise, they would get a 0 out of 5.

      We have *** calling Diretv for days. Finally we get an appt to address the issues and the technician never showed!! He never came. He canceled the appt. They never called , texted or emailed. The technician just canceled the appt and I guess went to WaWa!!

      I tried a free trial from them and after cancelling my subscription they still charged me on the renewal date. I contacted support and they tried to lie to me saying they cant refund any charge once its been processed. (mind you i contacted them the day of the charge)

      I have been with Direct TV for over 15 years, and I called to cancel my service because it was getting wat too expensive and they stopped providing the channels I wanted. I called on the 6th of August and just paid my bill on the 20th of July. They said that I would have to sill pay for on the 20th of August for August. They definitely did not care that I had been a loyal customer and only wanted money. I will not be doing business with them again and I will also be canceling my ATT services for my personal and by business with them. Beware when doing business with them as they do not really care about their customers.

      I order **** I didnt know DIRECTV was involved when I order **** it was promotion that you canceled any time with no contract or fees involved. Within two weeks I canceled I paid my bill the two weeks I used When I canceled they ask me to take equipment to the post officer i pack up everything took the equipment back like they ask me to do. Now I suppose to owe Direct tv 415 dollars that I never had or use when I refused they send it to a debt collection agency name Sequium Asset Solutions LLC this company this agency brought my credit score took 30 percent off my score I calledAT&t the men name ***** worked in customer service offer me if I get ********************** he can take this matter off my credit report then he asked me to pay ***** dollars down I didnt know what else to do therefore I paid them if you can help me Some one Thank you
