I contacted this business about 2 Months ago about a spoiled and sour-tasting product I purchased at a local Wegmans. At first, they responded to me, asking for relevant information that would allow them to track the can of protein powder I purchased; unfortunately, however, they never followed and gave me a refund.Initial Complaint

Sent to Quest Nutrition in November 2023 with no response or follow up: (see provided images)Quest Nutrition Customer Care,As a long time ********************** product user and advocate, it saddens me today to write to you with a serious product contamination issue. On a flight today my wife opened and began to eat a Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar, usually her favorite. After a few bites, she gagged on a strange texture that seemed irregular. She didn't see it at first because the airline cabin was dark. She showed me her bar and I immediately recognized the anomaly as the finger tip of a latex glove. Having worked in cleanrooms and the pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years, I assume this happening in packaging or production by a cleanroom worker. A formal complaint has been filed with the *** today, to ensure that adequate steps are taken to improve processes and prevent this from happening to other people. I would kindly ask that this is escalated with some sense of seriousness, and that Quest reaches out to us to discuss the matter. I would like to see steps taken to make this right. I emailed quest nutrition for the nutritional content of the chocolate chips in their chocolate chip cookie. I received one email giving me the nutrition and macros of the entire cookie and after further explanation of what I was looking for, was ignored and I have not been given an answer. I find this offensive and completely contradictory to what they say their goal is.Business response

Bought a package of 14 bars from**** and they were horrid. Had us in the bathroom all day. From researching it must be the polydextrose fiber additive. So disappointed in this product. Can send a copy of the receipt of any info of the box as proof of purchase. Paid 25+ dollars for the item.Business response

I purchased a box of cookies and **************** bars in end of June. When I bit into one, I found a long hair baked into it which alarmed me and grossed me out. I originally made a public post on their********* page then emailed customer service. I have attached the entire correspondence. I sent in the bar as requested and provided all information they asked. They said they would make it right. Instead, they blocked me from social media and never responded to my emails again. I have waited a long time for reimbursement or some kind of response.Initial Complaint

I had placed a large order with the company on the 17th of September. When the package arrived I realized that an entire pack of cookies had been missing from my order valued at around thirty dollars. I immediately messaged the company attempting to be compensated and my messages went ignored.Business response
