      We have stayed at this hotel for a month and in that time have had 1 hotel room where the shower didn't work the tub was broken and water spilled out from under the tub soaked the floor and my husband slipped on the water. Hotel only offered to change rooms. Then in the next room the maintainence man knocked one time fast and opened the door while my daughter was dressing to supposedly fix a shower head that wasn't broken he was at the wrong room. Again I went and complained and nothing was done. Then in that room there were bugs all over the place that bit us all nite and again I complained and all that was done was again to change rooms at this room we attempted to microwave food and the microwave was completely broken had to complain again to get a new one. **** rarely knock to ask if we need anything. Then the pool is always green and nasty to where we can't swim. My vehicle was stolen from the property and so I was stuck at the hotel with no vehicle and no where to go because no transportation so I had to use uber to pick up my check and got stuck waiting for a uber back the hotel called and called and I let them know what was happening and I was making my way back. An hour later they call threatening to throw my stuff out the room even though they knew what was happening and that I had no vehicle to remove my things and yet no matter the issue nothing was offered as compensation or to fix the matters. The washer and dryer were both broken and smelled of gas for days and I have spent a lot of money at this establishment was when I tried to contact there customer service number for escalation no one knew nothing no one could help I went around and around in circles being told there was no number to call but to speak to the same hotel staff who was aware of the issues and failed to rectify the situation. I feel as we should be reimbursed since most the rooms were sub-par and caused us extra stress and we couldnt enjoy our stay. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service.

      I booked a room on 7/30 until 8/15. I checked out 10 days early, which would have been on 8/5. It's been a week and I still haven't gotten a refund. When I called the hotel she said it was issued and wouldn't let me speak without yelling over me, and refused to help in any way. Cash App hasn't received anything from them, so I'm not sure where my hard-earned money is or who even knows where it is or if I'll ever see it again. I have to decide whether my puppy or I go hungry, so I guess I'll starve while this corporation rudely screws me around, despite owing me money.

      Stayed in ********** vagabond hotel booked through Expedia on 3/3 - 3/5. After seeing the conditions, bugs, dirty stained sheets, I asked to get a full refund and leave. The front desk only refunded me 2 of the 3 nights because I stayed for about 5 hours. I was trying to make it work, but the conditions were not safe for any human to be in. The fact that this hotel doesnt see that is disturbing. **** also be filing complaint with the health department. There is an expectation of a basic human livibility here that is lacking. I demand my full refund.
