I purchased one session. I loved it so much she said I could buy a 10-session package for $820. She asked me to sign on an electronic keypad for payment. That night I received the contract which said I only had 5 sessions and a lot of information that I had never seen and didn't agree with. I emailed them to cancel my contract as this is not what I signed up for. They emailed me back and tried to convince me to stay. But I said that I didn't want to continue. They didn't reimburse me my money so I filed a claim with my credit card company. They told my credit card company that they never received my request to cancel. This Company had a ton of poor reviews for similar to my situation on Yelp.Initial Complaint

Hello, I opened a membership in July 2021 at the Stretch Lab El Segundo but they were unable to Honor my appointment. I came to my first appointment and I was not listed in the electronic system . When I arrived at the location, the office did not have me booked for my *** ** **** appointment. The person at the desk called the manager and he looked up my info. I spoke to him, ****, and stated that he was the one that signed me up originally. He said once the computer issue was fixed, he would give me a call so I could reschedule. I have not heard from him or Stretch Lab since. On Sep 22, 2021, I sent an email requesting the I receive a full refund of all money paid, be released for my membership and any future obligation. On Sep 23, 2021, The manager, **** ******** General Manager ************************** ** ******** ** XXXXX P: (XXX) XXX-XXXX On Sep 23, 2021, I provided the information he requested. My membership was not cancelled. On Sep 30, 2021, I sent a follow-up email to ****, Stretch Lab for status of my issue and for a refund and I received not response. On Dec 1, 2021, I called Strectch Lab and spoke with ******* and she was checking into my complete refund of my account and nothing had been done and my profile did not exist in the system. However, I am continuing to be charged **** a month. On Feb 16, 2022, I spoke to **** at the Lab, she is familiar with the issue of the system and that I have been trying to cancel. She stated she would email the manager, ****, and ask him to call me.
