Ordered products from the website. Website states in the Terms of Service that all orders over $50 are shipped with *** only. I spent the $50 and my order was sent via **** which does not deliver to my address. I contacted customer service but was hardly responded to and they would not resolve anything with me. Still in going on and they are ignoring and of course my package is being sent back because it could not get delivered to me because their TERMS OF SERVICE is incorrect and they did not honor it or try to compensate me.Customer response

I recently purchase some liquid tanning products from Bondi Sands after seeing some great results online from other people. I never received the product and found out it was signed for by someone I do not know. I asked neighboring businesses and residents but no one knows anyone by that name. I contacted Bondi Sands and never heard a response. I ended up buying products elsewhere due to their not responding. They finally responded back and demanded proof of my purchase elsewhere. It shouldnt matter if I have purchased elsewhere or not. My issue with them is I do not have the product I paid for and I spent $81.45 with them on 3/30/23. ****** no one knows has signed for the product delivery which tells me it was delivered to the wrong place. This is what they should be concerned with. They are doing nothing to resolve this issue other than question me and that is just horrible customer service and bad business. I'm an ethical person that just wants my money back at this point. I will NEVER again do business with this company and will tell all of my clients about my experience here as well as leave reviews on every site I can find. This is beyond ridiculous how I have been treated and handled here. My first purchase will definitely be my last. I was hoping to build a great business relationship but the way I have been questioned and treated it seems that will not be happening. I just want this nightmare to be over. This order was delivered to where I live and so there is no one else who would have signed for it. I have explained that to these people, but that's not good enough.
