I was charged for a membership fee although I didnt subscribe for one. I made a one time purchase. The customer service is terrible. I had to return the one order I did make for a different size. Its been over 2 weeks since I sent the original pair back and when I try to contact customer service, I dont get a response and get left on hold the entire time.Review from Marina S

It has really gone down hill in the past several years. I have 11 credits left to use, the problem is that every shoe is out of stock. How is that possible? Why even list the shoes?Review from Jody K

The worst ever business the 1 order was in correct 3 times watch for monthly charges they do not reimburse for shipping but claim its free they kept charging for 5 months for as I said 1 time of doing business with k.k. and her partners never again! I joined ShoeDazzle and purchased a pair of pink combat boots for my granddaughter's birthday. They were so cute and I knew she would love them.Unfortunately, within a month they started peeling! The pretty pink just peeled off. So the quality is very poor.I called and was offered $10 off my next purchase or 20% off my membership. They did offer to replace the item until they noticed the purchase was past the 60 day "warranty".Either way, it wasn't worth it. And I won't make this mistake again...Review from Autumn H

Shoedazzle is literally just a scam. You have to buy the *** membership in order to get this "first order is $10" deal. I went on livechat to cancel my *** membership after buying something with this deal, and they also canceled my order altogether. I'm sorry, but I already ordered it while a *** with this deal and it said nowhere that if the *** was canceled, the order would also be canceled. The chat member kept trying to sway me into keeping the *** membership rather than just accepting that I don't want it. Don't order from here.Review from Whitney H

Would give it 0 stars if I could! Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I got charged on a day that wasnt even between the 1st-5th??? Im ****** off and done with this company. The absolute WORST.Review from Margie B

I ordered four pair of shoe on Nov 24/23 My shipping address is and always has been a PO BOX. Shoe Dazzle/Just Fab is negligent .They SHIPPED the order by *****. ***** doesn't deliver to PO BOXES. Shoe Dazzle/Just Fab Wear house employees should have been aware of this. The order arrived on Nov/29/23. ***** has refused to deliver the order to a residential address. The address was updated on Nov 29/23. To my mother address.***** had the package at a facility for four days. stating the it was in route for delivery. Which a lie. The order never left the facility. I have missed four days of work. I live in high crime area if the package is left outside it would be stolen. On Dec2/23 I requested the order be held a location. So I could pick it up. Now ***** is refusing to release the package because the delivery address is not on my ID. Shoe Dazzle employees, couldn't provide me with contact information for the wearhouse that shipped the order.Review from Precious M

This company is a complete scam and I hope they get sued and shut down they have been charging my card for months with out me buying anything so I decided to start back being they was taking my money anyway and I wish I wouldve been canceled them this is the worst company everrrr please do not sign up with these people they are scammers and the shoes are cheap the worst company in the world!!!!!! Terrible!!!!! Once you cancel they will wait and charge you months later! Its a pain in the **** to have to dispute charges and cancel my cards. The shoes are horrible too! BEWARE! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Review from Beverly O

I bought a pair of shoes in 2016, I didnt even sign up for VIP and they took money from my account for 7 years. They have been telling me for 6 months that they are returning the thousands of dollars they owe me by mail in 4-6 weeks every time I call and still have not received my money Shoe dazzle is a fraudulent company. I would love to see a civil action suit brought against them. This company is knowingly stealing from people and deserve to be brought down.
