I placed two orders on 11/25/22 and the turn around shipping date was 2-4 business days. One order shipped and although it took 3.5 weeks to arrive, it did in fact arrive. We are now 4 weeks out with no response to emails and no update with the shipping of a $108 order of merchandise. I would like an update on my order, or a refund as the gifts that were intended for Christmas were never shipped.Business response

This holiday season our shipping partners encountered delays unlike any other year, and we received an overwhelming amount of customer inquiries because of this. This has resulted in delayed responses to our customers, and we're very sorry for the frustration this has caused. We have refunded the socks from your order and you will be receiving tracking information for your remaining items, via email, once they ship.Initial Complaint

I ordered from the Premier Lacrosse League online shop on 11/28. The delivery date was 12/17. My merchandise was not shipped. When I have reached out approx 15 times via email to the company with no resolution or estimated delivery date. The company does not provide a phone number and via email they state they will not call customers. Email is the only way to communicate and they will not offer a date my merchandise will ship and will not refund me the $200 for my order plus the additional Al money paid for expedited shipping to ensure the product would arrive by 12/25 as per the websites recommendation. These were Christmas gifts for my two young sons. I called the PLL headquarters and left a message and received an email back they do not call and email is the only way to communicate and they are working on resolving outstanding orders but will not disclose a date! I just want a refund and want them to be held accountable for the terrible customer service and fraudulent business.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/02/10) */ Similar to many other Companies, the PLL experienced shipping and logistics delay during the holiday season due to a number of outside factors. During the holiday season, we did try to be communicative as possible regarding delays and we realize the impact felt on families that were making holiday purchases with a firm deadline. We will look into this matter specifically to see what we can do to address and resolve the matter and attempt to reach out to the individual specifically. Thank you.
