      Signed up to Meaningful beauty to try it. I have had numerous shipments with in 2 weeks of receiving my first order I received another saying I owed over$250. My understanding was the first shipment I paid for was it, until I decided to order again. The Live Chat feature on the website did nothing when you try to click on it or open it. I finally had to call Cust. Serv. and was on the phone for way too long.

      Ive been using Meaningful Beauty for 9 years. Im now 64 and get compliments on my skin quite often. It keeps my skin moist and has reduced pore size. I have few wrinkles for my age, which makes me very pleased. I owe that to MB. I think its a great product.

      Received products I did not order. They set me up on an automatic subscription which I did not order. Called to cancel subscription and inquired about reimbursement. Even thought I did not order the additional products, I need to send them back and pay for the shipping and handling which is close to $40.00 that will be deducted from what I have paid which is over $200.00. Not very good business practices. I know better to get involved with this kind of advertising and was apprehensive from the beginning. Unless you are willing to deal with situations like this, buyer beware.

      Got the initial order. Did not sign up for a subscription. Then they charged me ***** and sent another order. I called and canceled. They sent an email it was cancelled, now they have charged me again. Takes forever to even get through to them. I know I did not sign up for a subscription, because I never do subscriptions.

      Total scam. Ordered test size. Nowhere does it tell you they will keep sending full size bottles and charging over $300!The product isnt good either. Don't waste your money! *************************** should be ashamed of lending her name to this garbage company!

      The Meaningful Beauty collection works! IF YOU CAN'T READ, then don't sign something! It clearly states it's a membership with monthly pay. I didnt order the set, I order my specific product I wanted and done.. No problems!

      ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! Ordered on 7.16.2024, 4days later still hadn't received tracking info so I call and the rep said my order shipped out and would arrive to me in 3-5days?? then that night I received tracking but *** didn't have the package yet! Fast forward to the 28th, STILL NO PACKAGE!! Called and the rep said it's already been shipped and to check tracking the next day and put a ticket in for someone to call me. The next day, Still, *** did not have my package!!! Got a call from a "supervisor" explained the issue, she said she clearly sees where *** did not have my order although these 2 other reps seen it was shipped lol. Asked me did I want a "replacement" umm ?? no I want MY ORDER how are u replacing something that was never shipped out! Couldn't even offer to expedite it for me! That's the LEAST THEY COULDVE DONE BEINGS I WAITED 2WKS AND NOTHING HAD EVER EVEN BEEN SHIPPED!!!! So I asked them for a refund, HOPEFULLY I GET THAT!!! You would think being owned by a celeb they would have better service but nope, don't waste your time or money ordering!!!!

      On 1/9/2024 I've order from meaningful beauty to my understanding a one time product for $53.95 but when I looked at my credit card they kept on charging me again the $53.95. I called the customer service and told them I have not subscribed for anything else why am I getting charged again? they told not to worry there is no commitment you can cancel this subscription anytime and we will issue a refund for you. I told them I did not subscribe to anything and to cancel immediately this type of order what seems to be a mistake. The refund number # ******** was given to me and I waited for the refund which it never came. I contacted my credit card and they too couldn't get meaning full beauty to co-operate but my credit card did issue a credit for the 2nd charge of $53.95. I now keep receiving monthly statements from meaningful beauty for late payments. Again I have written to them over and over and explained to them the situation over the phone but it's fallen on deaf ears they don't want to accept that they messed up but instead are insisting that I owe them money. I would like to hear if others are like me and how did they resolve this issue! Thank you.

      Ive used meaningful beauty for years. Love it! Im only giving it one star because I got my niece using it. Meaningful Beauty signed her up for a membership without disclosing this to her and charged her credit card for nearly 400 dollars Without her permission. Weve talked to a supervisor and still extremely unhappy with the customer service we got. It was Never like this in the past. **************** with them once was 5 star now only the product is 5 star customer service at best is 1 star!

      Poor **************** I ordered a set of shampoo and conditioner. After not achieving the desired result, I cancelled via their online chat the next auto ship two weeks before it was to be mailed out. Apparently they have no record of this cancellation and mailed me the next shipment. I sent it right back to them and requested a full refund and refund of the $20.05 it cost me to send the box back to them. They refused a full refund and reimbursement of my cost stating I did not cancel prior to the auto ship when in fact I did. Sad this company is willing to lose a customer over a few dollars but I know I cancelled in time. Not my fault their records dont show it.
