Filing a complaint or asking for help through Habbo's Customer Support is useless. They send automated responses and then close your ticket within an hour even after they've asked for proof. I'm sure no one reads what you actually write to them, they just take the best action that suits them on that day.

This game is run entirely by bots, virtually 0 human interference. The censors are to sensitive, words like "ok" and "2c" are censored. This means that a simple typo (or in my case a 90s toy, sock 'em boppers) can get you banned. Well three strikes and your out. Paying customers are being muted, banned, perma-banned for innocent typos and words that make no sense to censor. If a bot flags a statement for being inappropriate to the point where you're literally receiving a ban, you'd think a living breathing person would double check to make sure their paying customers are being accused fairly. There's no help for those who have be hacked, and there's no help for those who have been unfairly banned. They got your money already who cares 🤷🏻‍♀ï��
You can file any appeal/request you want, but I've never heard of anyone ever hearing back from an actual human and getting their problem solved.

I had a 14 year old account hacked, this will be the second account I will lose forever if I accidentally have one more typo. Innocent ppl are being ripped off!

Habbo needs to worry more about ads and growing their dying community than taxing the **** out of their remaining players and taking away player to player trading. The whole staff would benefit from a economics class. Or at least some human employees. How hard is it to review bans and override the ridiculous ones?

2 stars instead of 1 ONLY because ik what the game used to be like and has the potential to be again.
