The only reason this isn't a one star review is that the support team is very responsive and, I believe, trying to be helpful. Unfortunately, the Alpha Elite Gaming Keyboard + Mouse that I purchased was unreliable; they frequently were unresponsive and/or responding sporadically. I tried all of the troubleshooting that the support team suggested, nothing helped. I got a replacement, and went through the same process, still unreliable. I am now requesting a second replacement, after my request for a refund was denied. If you decide to buy this product, I strongly encourage you to test it thoroughly soon upon receipt and ask for a refund if it isn't working for you, so that you don't miss the window for a refund. Perhaps I will eventually get a set that works, though I don't know how many replacements I'll have to get before that day comes.

Customer service Rep was great. It is too bad that you can't order anything but the Asox9 product online. Since I was well stocked with Asox9 and needed another supplement it was impossible to order and I had to take up the time of a Rep for what should have been a very easy transaction.

I Googled best keyboards of 2022 an the Alpha Elite came up first so I ordered it an the ad said it came with a 20% discount but I wasn't sure if the discount applied to my order, than I checked my email and an actual person emailed me to offer any assistance I might need an to say thank you for ordering. I was completely blown away! So I responded and asked about the 20% to which they politely responded was already applied; basically I didn't do the math because I'm am idiot!! I would 1000% order from them again, as a matter of fact after I post this review im going to order a mouse from them!! I'll recommend them to anybody who will listen!

This brief review is not concerning the efficacy of the ASOX9 product as I just received my first shipment of this supplement recently, rather a quick word of thanks to the customer success team, specifically April, Megan and Chris who are outstanding advocates for ASOX9. After placing my initial order we came to determine the address in my banking details were in conflict with my shipping address but the support specialists were very helpful in syncing my billing address with the ship to address thus avoiding an incorrect shipment destination. In addition, all three cohorts have extended their support with delivery dates and words of encouragement which I'm grateful for. I mention this because the support team have made themselves visible and accessible and are not hiding behind a generic, clandestine support model. If the support I've received is any indicator of the ASOX9 supplement's effectiveness, I will be extremely happy. Thanks Chris, Megan and April! Just a follow-up of the ASOX9 product itself. It definitely provides a well needed ooomph to the ol hydraulic system. Not dramatically but a noticeable difference. I'm recommending this product. Just give it a few weeks and you will see an improvement in your libido.

For now I only want to comment on the customer support mechanism of Apakula, for the ASOX9 product as I have not tried the supplement yet but am very impressed with the personalization of their support team. My banking address didn't match my shipping address when I placed my order and when I called, a very pleasant woman by the name of Megan helped straighten the conflict out and got my shipping address aligned with my banking details. She was professional, helpful, cheerful and followed up with me more than once to provide updates on my supplement order. She is a great advocate for the product and a terrific support person, something often lacking behind a business organization.

I will write a more detailed review of the ASOX9 product at a later date once having established an intake regiment.
