Attached a copy of my receipt for my order. I ordered shoes from finesse textiles on Nov 24, 2021. They advised they would send a tracking number by email for my shipment within **** days it's been over a month. When you click on contact them it only allows you to email which I have twice with 0 response. I have never received the shoes that I paid for which was $47.99. Very bad business practices.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for 2 pairs of ******, money has come from my account. 1 month went by no tracking info so reached out via email. "Case" opened as automated message. Still nothing. Called number and left message, a gentleman called me back stating this is his personal number and I'm not 1st person to contact him. I either want my shoes or money back. ******Business response

Hello ******,I am replying to your letter dated 11/13/21..I am getting many calls from all across ***, asking me aboutshoe shipments.I need to clarify, that my business, Finesse Textiles was set upin August or September 2012 in ********, **, I only deal with textiles, NOT SHOES..Somebody has scammed my telephone # **************) and my companyname...When I get calls on my mobile # ************, I explain to the party, thatI have no knowledge of their order, as I don't deal with shoes .I have not received a single on-line order. If anyone is ordering on-linethen I have no knowledge of it..I hope this clarifies my position.I don't know how to rectify this error/scam. This email to you is just tolet you know that if you are getting any complains of "shoe" orders, thensomeone else if getting these ordered and phone orders, and that person isa "scammer"Sincerely.Salim K**** ( owner -Finesse Textiles- ************)
