I placed and paid for an or in the amount of $66.12 on March 24, 2023. To date I have not received my order. I have emailed the business numerous times (5/3, 5/12, 5/16) but the business did not respond to any emails. On May 18, 2023 I received an email saying my shipment is on its way. However, as if today it still says awaiting item on the tracking. On June 3rd I emailed the business again for an update but havent received a response.Its been almost 3 months I have not received my items or a response.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on 12/5/22. The items never shipped, so I contacted them on 1/9/23 requesting an update and stating that my items never shipped. Approximately 15 minutes later, I received an email stating that my item shipped, and I was provided a **** tracking number. On 1/11/23, tracking showed that the items never shipped so I contact them again requesting a refund. They did not respond. On 1/12/23, items still never shipped so I contacted them again requesting to cancel my order and a refund. They have not responded.Business response

I bought stickers online which were $46.65. I ordered on January 21st and the order number is #****-783052. I received a shipped mail on March 12th. The tracking number is ********************** by ***** I checked the tracking number but it was still ''Shipping Label ******** **** Awaiting Item'', I sent messages through the contact page online several times (I haven't received confirmation mail so I'm not sure of the date, maybe April to May). But they didn't reply. Then I sent messages to ******************************** on June 17th, 27th, and July 4th. They didn't reply. And I also sent messages through Instagram's DM on May 3rd, August 6th. Then they reply only ''How may I help you?''I continue to send messages several times and yesterday(on September 7th) they replied.''Hello, Thank you for your purchase.Sometimes packages get lost in the mail with ***** Since you received a tracking number we suggest contacting your local **** post office - thank you''Now the tracking number shows ''Label ******** not yet in system'' now.It had passed over 5 months since I have tried to contact them, but they haven't tried to resolve the problem, I am disappointed and exhausted.Business response

I apologize I didn't see the letter in time in the mail.
We have received a complaint that a customer did not receive her order.
We originally shipped the order, but looking at the tracking number it looks like the order was lost in the mail as it did not move after we dropped it in the mail.
