      I purchased ******************** with the add on Shred Lights and Backpack on 8/26/23 for $1,037.77. The board was delivered 8/30/23. The board was dead upon arrival would not hold a charge. I emailed them 8/31/23 telling them the board did not work. I was then provided a response to diagnose the board issue myself and provide them with feedback. Board was under warranty and was given the option to repair at a partner shop in **********. The only issue was the batteries where out of stock and would not be in until Mid-October. Received the shipping label and shipped the board off for repair. Well, it's the end of November and still not board back. Had to contact them on 11/13 for status and was told batteries are still not in from ********* and they are expecting them by end of November. Also, did not receive the shred lights with the backpack and board. I had to contact them for the lights and was told they decided not to reorder the lights, and they refunded the cost of the shred lights. Funny thing is if I would not have said anything don't think they would have refunded me since the order said completed. They are still selling boards on their website; they must have batteries they could have swapped out or just exchanged for a new board. I have asked them, and I guess it's not an option. Bad customer service as far as responses and updates go. I just can't believe I bought the board 3 months ago and I still have nothing to ride.

      I purchased new electric skateboard 6 months ago and the board already does not work. I had to take it apart and diagnose it through a ******* video they sent me. Came to conclusion the battery is already failed. They only have a 3 month battery warranty and told me to buy a new one for $110 plus shipping. Board cost $800 and in 6 month it is failed and my problem. Need to stand behind their product and have a stronger customer service department. My company guarantee batteries for 1 year and in some situations we even go farther for the customer. I am very disappointed and like to share this with the community. Thanks ****

      Shark Wheel displays its industry-standard warranty on its website for the world to see. As an electric product in an at-risk sport, user error can occur, water immersion can occur and many skateboarders ride their board aggressively and the board can hit a wall or a curb for example. All of these fairly common things can compromise the inner workings of the board. Clearly, we did not send the customer a defective product, it worked well for many months. Sometimes maintenance is required on products.

      We utilize a professional electric skateboard repair shop that repairs nearly all of the brands in *****************. This repair shop exists for a reason - we send customers there to have their board fixed. We are happy to do the same with this customer. But, this particular customer is asking us to cover all fees outside of warranty.
