I went thru American home shield and was assigned to this company. They came twice starting in October and replaced the control board on my washer that was not completely draining. Changed a part that was not required. Came by two weeks later and changed the same part. Never return any call back messages. See other reviews on yelp. Been almost 3 months without a washer. They are scamming the warranty companies. I pay $55 a month for warranty.

My first claim I put in with American home shield was on 1/23 about my refrigerator not cooling. AT appliances came out to evaluate and said the refrigerator is not defrosting. I had to put in another claim on 5/6 because the same thing was happening. I requested to have another contractor come in to evaluate because this contractor tried twice to repair the refrigerator and they could not speak or write English to explain what was wrong with the appliance. North Pole supply company evaluated my refrigerator and said it was the motor and attempted to repair. A part needed to be ordered but after multiple phone calls and complaints in a month finally the part appeared and they attempted to repair in august. They had to come back because now the freezer wasnt freezing. While evaluating that the technician broke another part and stated his boss will be upset with him for further breaking the refrigerator. That was on 8/18. Many calls were made to the contractor and AHS since 8/18. AHS has not had any communication with the contractor and **** calls have been ignored. Im pregnant with a high risk pregnancy and need a refrigerator. Im due next month. Im in a protected class. This is discrimination. I have no where to store food for myself or baby. I need a new refrigerator. I lost fertility medications due to not having refrigeration. Ive been patient and life turned upset down from uncertainty. I need help.

This company was assigned to us by our home warranty to provide a second opinion from a previous appliance repair company. The technician ****** was absolutely awful. He could not verbally communicate well. He arrived and just barged in the house not even identifying himself by name.We let him do his work and heard him drilling into the top of our fridge to look at some sensors. He explained that the sensors needed to be fixed for our flashing light problem. This sensor is located under a panel that had to be unscrewed to get to. The other issue was that the plate to push for water dispensing had broken. We tried to explain to ****** that that the last company told the warranty company that it our fault that the plate was damaged. ****** just kept repeating the word "damaged" like a robot. He asked us to sign his report and we asked about what he was reporting regarding the claim and he just said if we don't want to sign it, it was fine and proceeded to close his book and just left. So unprofessional. We just found out from the warranty company that neither repair would be covered because North Pole reported that the damage was due to our misuse. How is a broken sensor housed inside of a space that needs to be unscrewed due to access damaged from misuse? ****** tried to tell us that he fixed the sensor issue and when it clearly did not work he then mumbled some hard to understand explanation about the sensor and needing to order a part.
