I have an account charged off from Upstart and a company by the name of SuperlativeRM says they bought it and they are very misleading and very hard to get any letters from or correspondence. Is this a legit debt collector or scam company??Business response

This company is contacting me by different phone numbers multiple times a day - I have picked up and they dont even respond because they clearly just mass call with an autodialer. Never leave a message. Im pretty sure theyre not even calling for ME but someone who used to have my phone number but theyre literally harassing me daily! Its insane! This business should be out of business ASAP. Harassing me on no grounds is illegal.Business response

Same as everyone else, getting random text about collections with a link. No formal communication via email or mail and this totally seems like a scam. If this is a company and youve been responding to all these complaints maybe its time to act like a real company and not scammers. Get a bit professional and reach out to people properly.Business response

This company keeps calling me about a bill my daughter owes them. I am not on the account or have anything to do with what she owes. Im not a co owner or co signer on the account they are looking to collect. I have told them numerous times to stop calling me and this is not a good number for her. I received text messages from this business about a debt collection. I don't have any outstanding debts that i know of, that have gone to collections. I'm thinking this may be for a family member or something. But i would like the business to stop sending me text unless they can verify the debt I supposedly owe..Business response

On/10/2023 I received this notice of an outstanding balance from this company. In which I'm not familiar with. I reply stating this was not my debt. again on 11/28/23 I received another notice requesting personal information. At that point I reach out to the number that was provided. I was informed no information could be given to me regarding this debt. However, on page 5 it was instructed to take the form to be competed by law enforcement, After going to ************* the office also felt it was fraud. After returning the completed form with all the information I was will to provided. This amount was later put on my credit report. I have attached all of the information to this complaint.Business response
