This company was very deceiving the contract that they will present to you looks so good, with all the step details on what are they going to do but it never happens. On time of the project they only send 1 person to do a more than 20 ft exterior painting job . It took more than a week to finish the job. The only person that came was the painter, and the manager or who ever needs to inspect the job that was done never came . It was such a waste of time for the project to be done for a long time just because as they said they dont have anybody. We are only rating 1 star just because the painter was good , but the company itself was unprofessional especially their so called field manager *******. If before they started this job they let us know that there is only 1 person to do it , we can decide if will continue the project with them , but no communication at all was not acceptable. We were able to compare, our neighbor had their house painted exactly the same height and size with our house , theirs had finish in 2 days , but ours was more than a week and still has to come back because of retouch. This painting company was not recommended, not only that they were more expensive , their job was not done right.

PaintRite Pros provides an impressive 5 year warranty that they do NOT honor. The full home interior was painted by PaintRite Pros in April, 2021. I bought the home in May, 2021 and was given the warranty by the previous homeowner. The warranty clearly states the warranty is transferable. When I called PaintRite to ask that they repaint a bathroom window where paint peeled off in sheets, the receptionist bluntly said "Warranties are non transferable". I told her I have the certificate that states the warranty is transferable and it is signed by *************************, president of PaintRite, and the project ******. She then said the previous homeowner must have doctored the document. (considering it would have been fraud for the seller to doctor the document, I found the accusation asinine) I have since called and emailed, with pictures of the signed warranty and the peeled window, asking to speak to the president or the project ******. After months they have not provided a number to reach them or had them call or email me. On a side note, regardless of the documented 5 year warranty, why wouldn't they cover their work months after the work Was completed? I had intended to ask for a quote to paint the outside of the house but with the bad business practices here I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole
