      On 05/05/22 I placed online order with the above mentioned business for Mothers Day flower order # ***** in the amount $***** on my **** card. My Flowers were scheduled for delivery the following day 05/06/22. On 05/06/22 I received email from business stating that they could not make delivery and that my **** card was not charged. A few days later I checked my **** card account and saw that my card had in fact been charged *****. I made several attempts to contact this business and could not contact anyone. I have since disputed charge with card company but I am still waiting for answer.

      Hello I havent been taking. Orders since January I informed my wire service Teleflora this is there mistake and I have called them myself to dispute this. They havent updated the system correctly so it messed up a few consumers orders I wasnt pleased with there service either. Teleflora controls my website I dont get any payments from them anymore and they Shouldnt have excepted any orders under my shops website I am sorry this happened but I truly have no control over what they do on the webpage

      I am rejecting this response because: Business is listed online in ********* as a Florist.  Its their responsibility to correct this matter not just kick the can down the road.  They owe me money .
