I checked into a hotel room on March 1, 2023 I was put in room 326 inside room 326 it wasn't stocked properly( No body wash, no lotion) and the outlets were not working so I couldn't charge my devices, I tried to call the front desk from my room, and the phone wouldn't work so I walked down to the front lobby, and asked for a manager, I was told the manager wasn't there, so I told the lady at the front desk that I wasn't happy with the room, she changed my room no problem. So, I am in room 327 now I turn the heater on and go to bed, I wake ** in the middle of the night, the room was poorly stocked again the heater was NOT working I had a sore throat, so I went down to the front desk in the morning, I asked to speak with a manager, I explained to her that I have spent the night in a cold room and that I wasn't feeling well because the heater wasn't working. The manager also told me that she was going to discount my 4 day stay. The manager sent a maintenance guy up to the room, the maintenance guy told me that the heater isn't working and that they need to change my room. I asked the maintenance guy to make sure he lets them know that so I have his verification that the heater wasn't working. Well no one ever called or came to the room, another night in a cold room. My husband and I are Platinum Plus IHG members and we called IHG and they gave us a case number *********** we were told that the manager would look at it and give us a call. The manager hasn't reached out to myself or my husband at all. My reservation confirmation number is ******** check is was March 1 2023 and check out was March 5, 2023 to total cost of the stay was $841.06 I also spoke with ******* and ***** who both heard me talk and could tell I had gotten sick from staying in that cold room. I am requesting 2 days of my stay to be refunded for a total of $420.53 I am still sick right as I type this and this is not okay!!!
