      Purchased 7/29/2023 Order Number. #MILA-62853 Name of the Item. Adjustable Chest Brace Support Multifunctional Bra Bought size according to their chart. Photo attached of my bra I daily wear showing it's size. Based on that, I ordered a Medium. It just does not fit at all like they claim. False advertising. I tried to direct email, email through the website, tried calling number on website. Can't reach anyone. No response no matter what I do.

      The transaction is made by the rightful cardholder because according to the tracking number, the items were delivered successfully to the customer's mailbox in good condition with size and color according to the order details on August 09, 2023. 

      According to our policy, the return/refund policy applies for wrong/damaged/defective items only. Customers are required to provide us photos that clearly show the defective/different/wrong item so we can assess and issue the best solution. 
      The proofs should include:
      1. The full package (with the shipping label).
      2. The products ( with the front side, backside, and inside)
      3. The damaged/manufacturing problems area (if any).
      4. The size tag.
      Please kindly note that the valid processing time is 15 days from the arrival date.

      I am rejecting this response because: I'm not disputing I didn't receive the item. I did as seen in the packaging attached. I'm disputing the fact that according to their own advertising it is full coverage bra. Pictures attached. I ordered the correct size by shown in picture of my every day bra matches the size their website says should fit me (pic attached). So either the bra is defective because it doesn't come close to fitting as advertised (those pictures sent in original complaint) or it's false advertising and therefore requesting a full refund.

      After examining the information, we discovered that all the items were delivered in good condition in terms of size and color and that there were no damages to the items, which did not comply with our terms of the return policy.

      I am rejecting this response because: again, I believe I'm meeting all your request for a refund as this product wasn't made correctly and therefore is defective. Your refund policy includes refunds on defective products. Along with this chain of pictures and ones I've previously submitted meets all your refund requirements.
      1st photo shipping label of package again as per your request
      2nd pic of product showing how I feel it's defective - there isn't enough material to provide full coverage as your website states and shows
      3rd pic of damage product - this goes with picture 2 where it shows there isn't enough material to cover  and therefore defective
      4th pic - size tag on product bag and in picture 2 I have M circled on the actual product
      5th pic - shows the size I always where and according to your website 36C fits your M size bra again proving I didn't buy the wrong size so it should fit and it clearly doesn't fit and is therefore defective.

      I purchased two bras from Mila Secret Bra's on appoximately August 1, 2023. When i received the merchandise i was shocked. The material used was very cheap and when i tried the bras on they did not fit the way they said they should fit. I have sent an email requesting to return the merchandise and they said that it is not returnable due to it was my error. My biggest complaint is the material is so cheap. I could get nicer bras for cheaper without ordering them online. I would just like my money back and they can have merchandise.

      8-5-2023 I received the item I ordered, tried it on and it DOES NOT in any way, shape or form fit at ALL!!! I have been emailing them at ********************************** to get a response for a return label and to get a refund of my money for the $24.97 returned to my credit card and there is absolutely NO RESPONSE from anyone via email and the phone number I call is NEVER answered. I am so upset and can't believe I can't return this and get a refund. Need help please. Thank you,********

      I purchased a bra from a company called, "MILA SECRET" on June 1, 2023. The amount of the bra is $20.00 plus S&H. The nature of my dispute is to get a simple refund for an item that does not fit according to the size chart on their website when ordering. When the bra finally arrived, the size ordered is correct on the label but the size does not fit. I tried reaching out to their company several times via email and phone calls, but to no avail no one would respond to my emails nor answer my calls. In my final attempt to reach out to them on June 15, 2023, someone by the name of ***** responded to my email. Her email address gives no full name, address, or phone number. What business does not have all that information? A legit one anyway. *****'s resolution was to give me 15% of the $20.00 since their return policy is going to cost me $20-$30. This company is a scam in my opinion. Then ***** went on to let me know not to send the item back in the package it came in because there would be no refund dispute because their warehouse is in Asia, not the ***.       Ordered Bras on 05/18/23 from MILASECRET.COM they do not fit want refund. Paid $41.95. Called ************ for a few days and left a call back number and E-mail with no respond. I see he has bad reviews and many complaints! Address for business: ****************
