I hired ****** for furniture (customized study table) he gave me coat and asked to transfer half amount **** dollars to start work. After receiving money he stopped taking our calls. Never visited or completed any work. Since two month I am trying to reach him. He is fraud. Don't frust him at all. He is fakeBusiness response

We paid *************************** on 7/31/22 $3,817 to install a new closet system in our home. This was a 50% deposit to begin ordering materials and kick off the project. After signing the contract and sending ****** the money, he shut his phone off and became unresponsive. We attempted to reach him for several weeks, ************ him the benefit of the doubt that something tragic had occurred. We finally heard from ****** on 8/24/22. He let us know he over extended himself and could no longer pay us back. We told him that is unacceptable and to please return our money. He said he would return our money on 8/26/22 and has failed to do so. His phone is turned off again and he does not respond to our countless attempts to reach him. He stole our money and does not plan to return it. We are now left with no other choice but to escalate and contact the authorities.Initial Complaint

I had a contract with this company to do our walk-in closet. I gave 50% as down payment on July 20th after signing the contract. He keeps on promising things but dont deliver them. I asked for a refund and on August 3rd he promised to give within **** business days but until now I did not get my refund yet.Business response
