There was an issue with 2 annual passes purchased within years of each other. Apparently passes were being pulled from a new pass rather than an older annual pass. This was settled in April 2023 and in October 2023 I used my 12th and final pass of my old annual pass. I went in again today my receipt shows 10/12 are left. I called back to verify and the manager **** told me a lot of information which was redundant and she did not get to why there was a disparity in amount of passes used. My service was totally fine today, but I had this same conversation with her back in April 2023 and it seemed to be resolved. She told me her manager would review it and tell me the same information and that I was not counting correctly. It really doesn't seem like it should be much of a deal at all, but it's the condescending tone and lack of conversation about the actual root of the issue, which is why do I need showing different balances of passes which do not seem to add up. I have had to call multiple times in the past after each service to ensure the correct amount of passes were remaining and it always seemed to be resolved, but this doesn't answer the question of why i need to keep doing this instead of it just calculating correctly.
