Purchased online 3/16/2024. Order #*****. I ordered 6 items. 2 tee-shirts that are way undersized. The attachments show their large tee shirt(blue) to 2 other large tee shirts that I had that have been washed several times. So they told me to check their size chart, which I did and their measurements are way off from their size chart. 5" small in width, 2" small in length, 2" small in sleeves. Way too small! I ordered a medium and a large at $24.95 a piece. The other 2 items are Divergent discs for disc golf. Divergent's selling point is the Max **** plastic (see attachment). The discs Reaper sent are slippery like a waxed car. I have dozens of discs and they are the slickest discs ever. My buddies have the same discs, and they are very grippy like they are supposed to be. The 2 shirts arrived Friday 3/22/2024, the other 4 items Monday 3/25/2024. I called and then sent my first of many emails on Tuesday 3/26/2024 explaining the issues and they ***** stated I could send back, but I must pay shipping. He said he was sorry that I wasn't happy and that I didn't the size chart. I did read the size chart! His tee shirts don't match the size chart, he needs to check the actual tee shirts he sells or buys from another provider. I called several times and never received a call back. I have all the emails between the 2 of us. The last on he sent me was the one about the size chart today, 3/28/2024. In the email he states,"I already don't make any money on apparel purchases and if I had to ship order that was ordered incorrectly I would be out of business". I sent him an email show him the wrong size details and the disc issues 3/28/2024 @ 12:31pm and have not heard from him. Bottom line, 2 defective discs and 2 defective shirts totaling $69.80. The hat and other disc are ok. I am a 68yr old retired guy on a fixed income and I can't help he is one guy and can't make money. He pays for the shipping and refunds my $ for defective items, simple. I have all documentation.

      Business response

This complaint is not accurate. The customer ordered the wrong sized t-shirt and expects me to pay for his mistake. He also ordered two discs that were sent to him as brand new and he complained about the quality of the manufacturer (which I have no control over). Either way, he would be responsible for return shipping as per our return policy.

      Customer response

      04/11/2024

I am rejecting this response because:First of all this complaint is very accurate. If Repear was more accurate in the products and quality control of the products they sell, there would be no issue. The customer ordered the right size shirts according to Reapers size chart. I attached Reapers size chart and the measurements of the inaccurate sized shirt( I used the large as an example). I also attached pictures to verify the wrong sizes and also another large shirt I own. The Reaper size chart for a large tee shirt is as follows; width 22.01/length 30.00/sleeve length 9.45. The actual size of the large shirt I received is; width 17(5.01 small)/length 28(2 small)/sleeve length 7(2.45 small)!!! The order information I received with the shirts says unisex(see attachment). No where in the shirt description on Reaper does it state unisex(see attachment). As far as the Divergent discs go, they are advertised as *** GRIP! The ones I received are SLIPPERY DISCS!! My friends have Divergent discs and they are the *** ******** attachment). As far as Reaper having no control over the quality of the manufacturers disc..that is the lamest excuse I have ever heard! It is not my fault Reaper doesnt check the items they get from vendors.THAT IS THEIR JOB, NOT MINE!!! Reaper should check ever product they sell to meet quality standards, but it looks they choose not too. I worked in the plastics industry all my life and quality was huge, sometimes they have bad runs of plastic and they scrap those. Maybe that is the reason these discs are cheaper on the Reaper web site than on other web sites, they are seconds or not top quality discs? If you sell the products, you need to stand behind what YOU sell, bottom line. If you advertised as seconds or small, that is a whole different story, but you are not. It is very accurate that the shirts do not match the size charts and the discs are not the *** GRIP. And the Reaper return policy clearly states; for qualifying returns that were damaged or our fault, we provide a prepaid shipping label, provided that the return is due to our error.which they clearly are Reapers errors as they sell the products, you need to keep a quality eye on your vendors, that is not my responsibility!! As the owner of Reaper told me in an email, he is a one man show and cant afford to pay shipping, not my problem. I am a retiree and cant afford to pay shipping on junk that is not my fault. At this point, which I had stated in an earlier email, I am willing to give my ***** who wears a medium, the large shirt and just return the medium shirt. As far as the 2 Divergent discs, I will keep the Leviathan and return the Kraken, it is the slipperiest of the two. The hat and Mamba disc are ok. But if you want me send it all back, I will do that gladly..just not paying shipping for Reapers mistakes. Stand behind what you sell!!
