I was contacted by Write my Wrongs company CEO ************************* to discuss working with me on publishing my book. We discussed the cost of the ultimate Amazon package which she quoted was $2000.00 and agreed to except payments. After I sent the first $500.00 ************************* said ***** L would give me a call to go over specifics of creating my book. ************ never called me. I emailed **** and ***** and asked for a call from ***** to discuss where we are in the process, he refused to call me. After several emails asking for a call to discuss the process it was going to take to get my book published. I felt that I couldnt expect a good outcome and couldnt do business with this company. I told ********** wanted to end working with her company because its disrespectful and unexceptionable to do business this way. I asked for a refund since nothing had been done on my book project. **** and I discussed my refund, I told her to show me what has been done, if I owed any money I would like to see what I have purchased. I didnt hear from **** for over 2 weeks. When she contacted me she said that I will not be getting a refund nor a list of what my $1000.00 was used for.Business response

The facts Tesa presented and the timeline are not accurate. First of all, she received a call back from *****, after multiple e-mails they exchanged discussing her project. Secondly, I offered to complete part of the services, even though we usually wait for the invoice to be paid in full before the delivery. Thirdly, it was stated clearly to her that deposits made are non-refundable, and she was behind on her payment schedule. I communicated all of this to Tesa directly multiple times between November 2022 and January 2023.
