I am still waiting for my Covid test results. I was told on Jan 10 th, 2022, at the location at Gufstosin Stadium in *********** , my results would be text to me in 3 days. As of today, Jan 28th, no responce . I have called and texted as suggested in the company reviews . I check on line everyday as I was told. I was on hold 80 minutes when I called on the phone. The person on phone told me just keep checking. I really wanted to know my results. I waited in line for 2 hours to get this test.Initial Complaint

On 12/27/2021 a family member and I went to a testing site for Covid-19 that was operated by Community Wellness of America. ************** are affiliated with this organization also. We was told that we will receive our Covid-19 results in 3-5 business days today is 1/17/2022 still no results. My son also went on 12/30/2021 no results. I have several people on my community site in my neighborhood got tested at the same location back in August and September in ********* **. No results given to anyone. I went to the site on several days to ask for my results the man in charge told me to write my name in a notebook with my test date, and birthdate still no results. I am very concerned about this testing site because they have my dna and I dont know what is done with it. I want my results and I also want this business shut down because I believe it is a scam. Hundreds of people are going to this site getting tested only to get no results. Community Wellness operate in several different locations in ********* **. In front of Bravo grocery store parking lot, ******* parking lot and Burger King parking lot all in ********* **. Please resolve this issue! Thank you.Initial Complaint

I went to this businesses Covid ****************************************** Mission Valley ********* on 01/4/22 to have a sample for a PCR test collected. The staff there informed me the results would be texted to me within three days. I am still waiting for the results. I physically went to the test site to gather more information on 1/10/22, the staff gave me a phone number to call and stated they were very busy. I since have left multiple messages, texted the business and sent an email to get my test results and have not gotten any response or test results. Especially considering that the lack of response involves my potential health status I think it is unprofessional to say the least to not follow through and be completely unresponsive.
