            We hired ***************** (NannyNow) because we thought she could provide valuable candidates, and she said she has 22 years of experience in the nanny industry so knew "what to look for". I believe we have been scammed of our hard earned money and time and sense of security. We have lost complete faith in the nanny industry because of ****. **** consistently missed deadlines, did not send us the proper materials and backgrounds on time, did not conduct proper background check and sent us a person who falsified their identity and stole from our family! She is passive aggressive in the way she communicates to you and is not willing to take the time to address genuine issues but insteads puts the blame on the families. **** does not advocate for the family that pays for her services. She did not vet the references well and we found out the hard way after wasted time and money on the wrong nanny. Like the reviewers posted before me, you have better luck finding someone on your own, on Care.com or other professional agencies. Please be careful and choose carefully families! Read the reviews like a hawk & bring accountability to this industry. You deserve better for your precious children.
