If you arent capable of hiring competent workers then how can we expect you to perform services safely and effectively. The dishonesty from Golden health and beauty has lied, played the old bait and switch and has taken my money without performing the services paid for. Theyre dishonest, they tell you one thing over the phone, then switch it up after you pay. ****** recommended getting ultraslim treatment. It covers abdominal, love handles, back, upper thighs, and hips. I explained that I wouldnt need everything done and it wouldnt be worth it to me and she stated she could include the chin instead of the 2 other areas I didnt need, making it worthwhile. After I paid, during my appt she says she wont be doing the chin. She came up with a bogus answer thats not even on the fine print basically lied through her teeth to my face. Mind you this was why I agreed to do it and what she promised to do. Bait and switch! I had other services I was scheduled for so this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. I cancelled the appt a day ahead of time. I had paid for the services that were not performed. ****** has the audacity, after lying to me, to tell me that I will be charged a fee of $50 even though I cancelled the appointment the day before. She not only lies, but she creates problems from nothing. she does not care about her job or the business. This isnt the first time *** had issues with her and even though theyre prices are fair, the whole experience dealing with her lead me to never step a foot in this business. If you like being lied to, and pay for services ahead of time then then have them turn around and tell you theyre keeping your money without performing the service, and on top of that charging you a bogus fee when you cancelled ahead of time, then this is the place for you. You may pay less money here but is the experience youll receive worth it to you? Youve been warned. Do not believe a word they say.
