We have been calling both their landline and toll free phone numbers as well as writing them via email and postmail for updated report on the development of the land/s we have invested in the Lancaster area since ****, as well as request for an updated summary of payments in full we had already made since September 2021. To this date, no reply on both mail and phone calls.
Today, Friday 28th October 2022, we took a chance and visited their offices on *********************** and the building manager informed ** that ****** have moved out 6 months ago with no forwarding address!
Please help ** find them because we put our hard earned money with their lands which have no development i.e. no access streets, easements, etc.....

This company has given me and my family nothing but **** and won't help us with anything going forward. Let me explain;

My father found out about this company years ago and was sold on what they were selling hook line and sinker. He bought some land from these guys in my name. They told him that he will not be taking out a loan and that he will be buying the property some other way and again they assured him that it will not be a loan. So he bought two properties with this company that resulted in an amount of over $300,000. No you read that right, 300k. And these said properties, have nothing on them they are just dirt. They are surrounded by dirt. The closes thing remote to civilization is 10-20 miles in the other direction and 50+ miles for the other piece of property. They told him that investors such as warren buffet have bought land here, and that there are tons of plans to build lots of things in the area. years down the line not one of the said things have been built.

Moving on to the loan part. Again we (or my father) were told that is it not a loan but he is paying monthly on these properties. I have my own business and I was ready to take a loan out to invest into and expand my business. Long story short I was denied. I then tried to get a car for myself and I was denied for that as well, I thought that was weird cause I got a credit card and I was making payments on it to build my credit. Well I called the credit bureau to see what was going on and why I kept on getting denied, and they asked me, "Didn't you just take out a loan with a company called ******, for $300,000?" That was when I knew for one we were lied to. When I try to call them to get clarification they always are NEVER available. I have called them multiple times to get answers, even something as simple as how much is left to pay off?

BBB this company should not have a 5 star rating. They have terrible customer service, don't answer calls, and lie to customers. Please resolve!
