I spent a lot of money to get personalized service, thinking that I would get some matches. In a three-year period I have been given three matches that somewhat fit what I was asking for. While I understand that matches are not guaranteed, I was told that there were many guys in their database or ones that they could find that would fit my asks. Reached out to ******* multiple times and have been ignored. I cannot recommend this company. They dont even meet or speak to the people that they match me with. For $15,000 I would expect a lot more. Since ****** took my money, he hasnt talked to me again.Initial Complaint

Im in my early 70s and have been a widow for almost 26 years. I've used dating sites, on and off, for years. A few months ago, I filled out the LA Singles questionnaire. I got a call the next day from *****, the Director, who was very encouraging, despite my skepticism. I agreed to meet with him at his office.***** could not have been nicer. I shared with him the things I look for in a partner he said he had a couple of men he thought would be perfect and was excited to introduce me to them. He gave me reason to feel hopeful.It was a couple of weeks before I heard from my assigned Matchmaker. She read from a list of available men, none of which were the particular men ***** had told me about. I asked about them, but she didnt seem to know anything about them. The matches she had were all far away, so I passed.The next time I heard from her, she had another match who didnt live far away, so I agreed to meet him. We met on March 29. It couldnt have been a worse match. Its like ***** had never told the Matchmaker anything about me or what I was looking for. He was a man still firmly planted in the 20th Century, with no awareness of current pop culture. All of my references went over his head. Im in the entertainment business and despite trying, I could not come up with any common ground.One of the requirements of membership is to give feedback about each date, so I called my matchmaker and told her it was not a good match and why. That was on March 29almost a month ago. Since then, I have not heard a word from my matchmaker. I sent ***** a text and asked to have a conversation with him, but he never replied. I was talked into spending more than was comfortable for me and I feel I've been had.I was promised three (3) dates. *** had only one and theyve gone radio silent on me. Theyre happy to take my money, fail to deliver, and then dump me. If they dont want to work with me anymore, they owe me an explanation and a refund.Customer response

Hello,Yes, the business reached out to me and they're making every effort to work with me, so I'd like to close the complaint. My main problem was lack of communicationand I've been given two new contacts to make the process more interactive. I spent a long time on the phone with a Director who seemed anxious to hear my issues and resolve them.Best,***********************
