Its been a month since I placed my order and havent even received the putty. I reached out asking for a refund and still no response so now I have to fight this through my bank. They sent me someone else's tray and it took 5 months to get my correct tray which still does not fit properly and causing me pain. 1 starDo not use this company! They never made my guard, and did not respond to numerous emails I sent over the course of a year requesting a refund. They only responded to me once I mentioned I was going to be writing a review, offering to finally make the guard, which I no longer needed after having to find another solution because they did not make my guard. Communication, ordering processing, professionalism is absolutely terrible. It takes a couple weeks for them to process your order after immediately taking your payment, getting your molds done and the product shipped to you has taken me more than 8 weeks already. They charge you extra for fast processing I still dont have my mouth guard! **************** is a joke, they put all of the work back on the customer with making sure you write special notes about your order in your packaging to ensure their techs know what theyre making for you. They dont answer the phone, they take up to two weeks to write you back on an email. The mouth guard for me, works well but it is never worth the absolute headache with these clowns.The Clear Guard

After this review was posted Clear guard started reaching out to me promptly on all things related to my order. I confirmed with them they would be shipping my order back to me **** Express. This is what I used to ship my upper half to them after their lack of communication and improper handling of my order. I paid out of pocket for this. My order said shipped when really only a label was created when looking at ***** My order wasnt delivered to **** for shipping 3/13/25 and shipping via **** ground advantage (slowest service) with only a 100 dollar insurance. Its March 20th and I have not received my order. I will never use this company again and will never recommend them to anyone else.Review fromB. S.

Do not waste your money! Company is a scam. They are very professional during the ordering process, and getting molds made. My night guard didn't fit and had to send it back to it to be remade. That process took weeks to get it sent back and over a month to get remade and sent back to me. The thing still didn't fit! I sent it back a second time and haven't seen it again. I can't get a proper response from the company. It's been almost a year since I first ordered it. They don't return calls or emails. ***** this company!The Clear Guard

This response is mostly a lie. They do not "strive to provide clear communication". They do not reply to emails. Even after replying to this BBB complaint, they still didn't communicate with me directly. The "trays" were made two times and both times the mouth guard didn't fit. After I shipped it back the second time, they stopped all substantial communication. As far as I know they did not remake the trays on 6/02 because I never received them. The excuse about shipping times is just that, an excuse. The shipping times was not the problem with this saga going on for over a year. It's been over a year and I still don't have anything to show for the $650 that I spent. They tried to make the mouth guard twice, then stopped trying and kept my money.Review fromGeorge P

Terrible company. Ordered sleep apnea device in June and am still chasing them to get a refund after they sent me a terribly fitting device that I could not wear and returned immediately. No responses to phone calls, texts, spotty email responses weeks/months later that say nothing and ignore what I am saying to them. Very frustrating and annoying experience where they take your money but have no interest in delivering either a product or a refund. So I am now out $456.57 and have no device. I ordered a sleep apnea mouthguard and during the ordering process they were great, but now 7 weeks later I have no idea when and if I might get my device that I paid over $700 including the dish delivery. They havent responded to one voicemail or email in weeks now and feel they must have just taken my money and left me with nothing. My order number was *****. Worst of all is Im not getting treated for my sleep apnea and just feeling worse every day. If only I could give negative stars.The Clear Guard
