I visited one of the restaurant locations and was overcharged by $20.80. I noticed this right after I paid. I IMMEDIATELY told the register clerk. She acknowledged her error. Her and one more employee did not know how to issue a refund claiming they had a new system. There was no manager on site. They had to call the manager about 10x's before he answered. He attempted to walk the workers through how to issue a refund. She said it would go back to my credit card. I asked for some type of proof. It took her about 10 minutes to print something out for me. Days later no refund and my card was charged the full amount. I have called the manager SEVERAL times only to be given the run around stating he would call me back. I sent proof over to them, copies of both receipts.He has been telling me he will call me back as soon as he gets to his computer. Here it is a week later and he has not returned my calls. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! I work extremely too hard to allow them to overcharge me, keep my money and think that I will forget about it.Initial Complaint

1. They gave us ****** ***** and the container wasn't even half full - ******** 2. The ***** were under cooked - ******** 3. Ordered a burger with only pickles and bacon we received it with cheese my son ******* to eat cheese and therefore couldn't eat the burger 4. The ***** sandwich made me sick
