William Brothers has failed to honor the contract we signed over 2 years ago. They have not even begun the primary project. Also, in our contract, and following the plan set by William Brothers, I borrowed $500,000 from 6 different Lenders. That money was to be held by William Brothers during the time of completing the project. During that time, William Brothers agreed to reimburse me as the loan payments came due. They have not done so. Checks they issued have bounced. My credit is ruined. William Brothers has said that the $500,000 I borrowed was put in one of the banks they use, and that bank went under.

The owner of the company met with **** less than two weeks ago and sorted out the issues with the payments. This should not be an issue anymore as far as we are aware.

      I reject this response.

William Brothers has not issued any new reimbursement checks. The last check was dated 7/18/24, and the overdue payments and penalties are piling up. New reimbursement checks are need immediately. William Brothers refuses to respond to my requests for a meeting.  William Brothers also refuses to set up a date to pull the permit and to begin the project, as promised in the last meeting over 3 weeks ago.

On November 10, 2022 I paid William Brothers Building and Construction for a new roof. I tried to reach them this weekend about a leak and they have not responded. They gave me a 20 year guarantee. I have tried phone, email and text messages. Im unclear of what my next options are, if any.

This company employs overseas 'cold callers' to harass random home owners into having work done to their homes. They claim I put my information for interest in having work done to my home, which is a complete lie as I have not ever done so. This manner of 'business' needs to cease immediately.

This is not a customer of ours and this has already been taken care of. ****** called our office directly to complain and we looked into the issue and the number he received a call from stating they were William Brothers was not one of our company numbers. He left a bad review for us on Yelp and ****** as well. Once we cleared up the situation, ****** removed the review from Yelp and changed the ****** review from 1 star to 5 stars. This should be proof enough that we have resolved the situation, but if not - please reach out to to him directly and he should confirm it as well. If not, let us know and we will contact him again directly.

On October 6, 2022 I met with *********************, Project Manager of William Brothers Building and Construction who presented to me a Program from The ***** Administration stating that it was a ***** to help people go energy efficient. He stated that this program would be nothing out of pocket. He said that I would have to qualify, and we would have to see if there were any money left in my area. He asked me what I needed done to my house and I stated to him that all I needed was paint. He stated that I should have a roof and solar, I told him that I didn't need solar because my bills are usually no more than $65.00 to $75.00 a month. He told me that if I qualified, that I would be able to get both. We called a company Name Mosaic to see if I qualified. When we made the call, he told me that the people there were robot people so no matter what they asked me, just say yes and he would explain it to me later. At no time did he tell me that this would be a loan. I left town on Friday and I informed him that I wouldn't be home. He sent me an email to esign some information for the project and not knowing that it was for a permit, I signed it. We I returned home on Sunday I found out that they had started pulling the roof off of my garage. When I called him to find out what was going on. He stated that they had to move fast before the money ran out in my area. They uncovered my roof, it rained and my house got ruined. They started scrapping the paint off of my house and now they will not finish it until I sign more papers for over $100,000.00. They came and installed solar panels without permits and now I am being told by Rialto Code Enforcement that I will have to have them removed or I will be fined. When I tried calling and spoke with ********************* who is supposed to be the **** of the company, he stated that I knew that it was a loan. I told him that he was here when one of the calls was made and he watched ***** mute the line so that I couldn't ask anything.

Sales rep said it was "free" then it turns out that I had to get approved for a $40k loan? And they haven't installed the solar and I changed my mind. I don't want it now and he's giving me a hard time. They messed up my electrical and have not fixed it. The lights don't work in my bathroom or the outlets in my daughter's room.
