I am trying to cancel my membership! I have tried numerous times through my membership website! My membership is My Food Lovers for life! Website is MyFoodlovers.com! I have tried calling them on *****************-776-8432 and ************ but with all the numbers I dial it gives me a voice message saying ". This number is not taking calls at the moment". At the moment I am paying $14.99 but in a months time it will be $19.99! I have sent numerous emails to Foodlovers and to Provide and all I receive back is a receipt number that they have received my message but no cancellation number! If you need to call me I am unable to receive calls from 7:30 am to 5 pm est. You can leave a message for me or email me and provide me with a number that I can call you back on. I signed up for the foodserviceonline.com website but wanted to discontinue after one month and I have reached out to every single email address I could find, every phone number I can find, anything I can find and I cannot get a hold of anyone, and I have no way of canceling the monthly billing as it automatically takes it every month and I have no way of undoing it. I tried all phone numbers and emails, but nothing works. I want the subscription cancelled and a refund. So far I have paid $30 but every 20th of the month another $9.99 is taken out.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a 2 week free trial of Food Lovers Fat Loss and the company is not replying to any of my inquiries to cancel this subscription. *** submitted a help desk ticket, attempted to Live Chat and called on many attempts. No one responds in the live chat and the phone number rings busy (**************). No one responds via ******** either. Im looking for a refund of $19.99 and to cancel this subscription so Im no longer charged. My free trial was up on 1/29 and Ive been attempting to contact them since 1/26.Initial Complaint

I purchased a six month online subscription to Providas Food Lovers Fat Loss Program, which promised a bunch of resources and services on January 29th, ****. The moment the I signed up problems occurred. None of the resources where available or you had to pay for additional services, example;Apple music, in order to access the resources. This was major false advertising. When I tried to contact them via email and ********* they havent responded to my inquiries. They are also never available on their live chat on their website. I cant reach them at all!! I come to find out from other customers that this program is basically a scam. Below is just one example of how there are no resources available, even though they said there were tons!I want them to stop my subscription! Im not looking for a refund. I just dont want another re-billing.Initial Complaint

I joined under a three week trial. Cancelled before trial expired. I have called more times than I can count as well as sending emails, trying chat feature which doesn't work. They have been charging me since August 2020 and I can't get a response at all except automated generic email. I want a full refund.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a membership. When I attempted to cancel the membership, the organization is unreachable. 1- The phone number they provide on thier website (XXX) XXX-XXXX leads directly to voicemail during normal business hours. 2- The email address listed produces an automated response but with no follow-up. 3- The website claims to have online chat during business hours but there is no icon/button to use the feature. 4- Attempting to reach the company through Twitter doesn't work. There has been no activity on the account since 2017. 5- The phone number listed on the credit card charge (XXX) XXX-XXXX also goes directly to voice mail during normal business hours.
