***** I need you to return my money of ******* for my policy you set up for me in **** policy #XXX-XXXX She put my business as (other store/food & drink) which my company is a honey company and I have bees which I communicated to you when I started this policy I never stated or implied that is was a ( other store/food & drink) Hicox does not cover my company because it does no fit under the classification and not covering my business properly. Which you put me under a classification that doesn't suit my business at all.. Which mean I was not insured correctly for 11 months I found this out when I was trying to get additional insured and they spotted that she made the mistake and choose to classify my company under false classifications just to get my money. Her name is on the policy that was originally set up. I need a full refund because of the negligence of your company and classification wrongly of my company. which cause me to not be insured I had to cancel the policy and I need to be refunded for the amount that I was not fully covered for the negligence that was caused by Answer Finanical company.
