            This management company is a scam. From day one they ignored all my calls and emails and only talked to me when it came to payment time. This company only cares about money and not about any other problems the costumer is dealing with. Just returned my lease to them and they charged a 350$ cleaning fee, this is a scam, the cleaning lady they use is assigned to this office building and i used to pay the same person they used for cleaning at my office on a bi weekly basis and paid the cleaning lady only 80$ for a full service. Mop, Sweep, Cleaning, Organizing, etc. This company had the audacity to charge me almost 4-5X the amount of the original price and took it out of my security deposit. This company is a scam and all they care about is money.

            This property management company illegally initiated eviction proceedings after REFUSING a mans rent payments and then HIDING the notices to make sure they could go through with the evictions. Please make sure your property or your lease is not managed by this group as it puts you at risk of litigation.
