    I called Appliance Repair Pro to have my microwave door spring fixed and nothing else because the microwave is working fine. I paid $499. The door was still heavy because they put the wrong spring (I called another technician thats why I found out). Then, we tested if the microwave is working. There was an error Door so now the microwave doesnt work. And he wants me to pay another $300+. Thats when I decided to call another technician. Stay away from them. They are scammers!

    Gene from Appliance Repair came out to repair my washing machine on January 28, 2025. I gave him $200 deposit for parts. On February 12th, he returned to repair but was unable to fix. He then gave new receipt and stated he would return $100 of my deposit. Now he will not not answer my calls and the store front is a PostNet mailbox business.

    We hired Appliance Repair Pros to fix our Subzero on 12/04/2024. They gave us a quote, said they would just put a deposit on our credit card and come back to complete work. They needed to get parts. They charged $1406.00 to card, never completed work. We have tried to get the work done. They do not respond and when they do, they have an ********* is 1/09/2024 and we have contacted the business 6 times and they have still been unable to resolve the situation, have lied, have stalled and are now trying to negotiate a rate to complete the work.bottom line- they have had $1400 of our money for over a month and have not completed the job.We no longer trust them and can't do business with them.We are seeking the return of $1000.

    I called them to replace rubber insulation around my refrigerator and freezer doors. They sent a technician on May 7, 2024. They said it would take a week to get the parts, and the bill total was $865.87. I gave them a check deposit for $500. After ONE MONTH, I called and started getting a runaround that it would take another week to get parts. I called back and said I wanted to cancel the order. They called back and said they could do it that day. I declined and asked for a refund. They said they would only charge me for a service call of $99 and return my $401. It is now almost the end of August. I have called EVERY week since and only received a runaround, only to be met with excuses and empty promises. They keep saying that a check is on its way or that accounting will call me back, but it never happens.Over a week ago, I finally received an email to write to the "owner's assistant". I sent an email ******************************************************************* explaining all of this and demanding a response within a week. Not a word.Can you help to retrieve the refund due?

    I called for dishwasher repair. We paid $100 dollars for a diagnosis. The man came out and said he needed to order a part. The part was ordered and he came back 5 days later. He then could not repair stating he needed another part.That part was ordered and he came back 2 days later stating it was fixed and I paid my bill of $******. The dishwasher did not work at all. Would not even turn on. I called telling them that it does not work. They scheduled him again. He was scheduled to come back again on Monday 5/20/24. He did not show up. I called and they told me he was scheduled for the following day. The following day he showed up and stated all the new parts must be defective. He left. 5/21/24 I called and was told I would get a call from the owner. No calls at all.5/22/24 called to request refund as no fix and I need a dishwasher. I was told I would be called back. no call back.5/23 called again stating no one has called me. I want my refund. I only need ****** back as the 100 for diagnosis belongs to them. Again, no call as promised.

    We called to have a dryer starter replaced on Monday. A tech came out Tuesday. Said he would order the part. The part would be here Wednesday. He would be back to install it on Thursday at noon. He didn't show up. I called ************ and left a message. A really rude woman called back and I explained everything. She said nobody was scheduled to come out and that I wasn't on the schedule for today. She then said the tech ordered the part and wouldn't come out until the following Tuesday. This timing won't work. I don't believe they will do the right thing. They scammed me. I called another repair place and gave them the part number and they looked it up and they said it was for a refrigerator. I requested refund. The person hung up. I want $89 back. They lied about the part, installation, and services rendered. Saw they have 14 other complaints. They advertise as a local **************** but they are located in **.

    My microwave was under warranty and experienced some issues. Through the warranty, they contacted this company to come out and fix the microwave. They came out within a day and the technician was very nice. He indicated that the microwave had a redundant system so he was able to bypass the redundancy to get us back up and running; however, he indicated he only did this as he did not have the proper part to fix it. He stated he would order the part and come back out to replace the part once it came in. This was on October 13, 2023. In January of 2024 no one had come back out to replace the part so I contacted the warranty company and they contacted ****** at Appliance Repairs Pros who indicated that they never said they would come back to replace the part and as such, they were not coming back out. The warranty company at Frigidaire gave me ******'s direct number of ************ and indicated I needed to contact them with my dispute. I contacted them directly on 1/17/2024 and spoke to ****** who indicated the same thing to me as she had to Frigidaire. I indicated that this was not right and I wanted to speak with the owner. She gave me a number and I left a voicemail message for the owner who never returned my call. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    On 12/7/23 I had a tech come out to look at how to repair my oven. I was told it needed a new control panel/mother board. Once the holidays were over I spoke with a customer service rep. at their office. The amount of confusion with setting up the repair appointment should have clued me in that that they were not a real business, however they said that the part needed to be ordered and to do so they needed a deposit, and 3-5 days the part would be there and the technician could be scheduled. It has been over 10 days, no part, the phone works some time and I have never received a call back ever. DO NOT USE THEM - THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

    I contacted Appliance Repair Pros, Inc. & after verifying over the phone they could fix my washer (I sent image of exact ************* code from manual), they sent a technician on 12-7-23. When the repairman arrived, had no knowledge of my previous communication & when I tried showing him the issue, he refused to look at the manual showing the exact problem specified by the error code. He didn't repair anything having to do with the error code and stated it was fixed but, within a few minutes of him leaving, it gave the same error code and stopped the same way it had before. I paid him $89 and he said the repair was covered under the service charge as I was told the service charge goes towards the cost of the repair. I called and expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for another technician and they sent someone out on Monday ***** and again said it was fixed & said they had exhausted resolving any possible issues and if it didn't work, it was the mother board and it had to be replaced, which would be at least $400. Again, it didn't work and wasn't repaired. I was uneasy with their service and suspected they were trying to ******* me out of more money especially since they said I had to replace the most costly component, which still had nothing to do with the issues related to the error code. So, I called another repairman and over the phone he knew exactly the problem when I gave him the error code. The following day the new repairman came and fixed the exact problem according to the error code within 20 minutes at the most and it immediately started working. Appliance repair pros soon after called me wanting to come out and replace a part I was told nothing about and told them about the other repairman fixing my washer & that I was upset about my experience. They were not responsive at all to my dissatisfaction. I looked up reviews and found out they have a track record of taking service charges from people without doing a repair amongst many other things.

    This company is a scam. They sent a tech out to fix our dryer. It stopped drying the clothes. The tech came out on June 5, 2023. Installed faulty parts. Called the company back as the parts were under warranty. The set up an appt for the tech to come out today 8/7/23. He was a no show. Called the ************** said he quit days ago. ******* then preceeded to give me the techs personal # & told me I need to call him & figure it out. I did & he isn't interested in coming to fix it. He quit. Why would he? The company REFUSES to send anyone else out to fix this. They charged us $374 for this fix. They are scamming people. I just want the refund at this point.
