Ive been a member of point club for years. There has been no surveys on my profile dashboard for a month now, I've tried to contact them several times for the past month or so. No replies ever!!! Now it seems like the site is down or something because when I try to log in it goes blank! I have about ****** points in my account. This site has been going down tremendously within the past few years. **************** is horrible!Business response

Sincere apologies as we *** have missed out on your message.
We've got this taken care of and was just another case of speeding that your account was automatically caught up for. You'll now see surveys posted in your PointClub account as per routine and *** cash out anytime as per your ease (only if the required number of approved points are available).
**Speeder is when you complete a survey way before than the average time specified. Need to refresh the PointClub web browser tab that *** be open at your end or sign in again, that's it.

11/17/2022 Received a check from Innovate MR LLC for payment from months of taking surveys on*********** survey site. It was supposed to be for $25.00 but it instead was for $24.22. I deposited it into my checking account and it bounced and the bank charged me a $5. returned check fee. I reached out to them without comment.Business response

Have an account on the site for Point Club, and as of 12 hours ago there appeared to be no issues. However I went to log in, and suddenly my account does not work, says inactive. I have over a 100.00 in credit on their site that I am unable to access, for no apparent reason. I have sent an email to support, however m experience with them has been shady at best whenever issues arise. A few weeks back the were sent an email about another issue on their site, which has received zero response. It is my belief that this latest issue is in direct response, as retaliation for filing a complaint to them. I would like full access restored to my account, an/or all credit that was due forwarded to me.Business response
